ALL-CONFERENCE: The All-Orange Empire Conference women's soccer team was announced last week with four Hornets making the squad.
LADY HORNETS SWEEP SADDLEBACK: The FC soccer squad hosted Saddleback College on Tuesday completing a season-sweep on the Gauchos 4-2.
EDGED: The Lady Hornets took on OEC rival Cypress College on Tuesday afternoon
HOME-LOSS: After going undefeated at home and in conference-play this season, the Lady Hornets took their first OEC and home loss against Santa Ana College on Friday afternoon 3-1.
STALEMATE: The women's soccer team hosted Riverside College on Tuesday afternoon with the game ending in a 2-2 tie.

Jim Fassel - Jim Fassel played quarterback at Fullerton College in 1967 and 1968, and helped lead the Hornet football squad to the 1967 National Title under head coach Hal Sherbeck. A few of the FC records still hold strong today such as Most TD Passes in a Game (6 vs OCC) and Most Points in a Game (68 vs Cypress). In 1969 Jim transferred to Long Beach State where he played QB and graduated in 1972.
